This policy explains how toni.nz ltd, trading as Toni Amanda ("we", "us"), collects and looks after your personal information when you use toniamanda.com or work with us. We are based in Aotearoa New Zealand and follow the Privacy Act 2020. Where they apply to you, we also respect the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and similar laws.

What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email address and anything you write in our forms (contact, waitlist, pre-order and enquiry forms).

Purchase details: your name, email and what you bought. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Coaching information: notes and details you share during mentoring or programmes, so we can support you.

Website data: basic information such as your browser type, pages visited and general location, collected through cookies and analytics tools on our website platform, Wix.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiries and provide the services, products and programmes you ask for. To process payments and deliver purchases, such as The Magnetism Guide. To let you know about programmes, waitlists and events you have signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time). To understand how our website is used and improve it. To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on your consent, on the need to deliver what you have asked for, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run our business, and only as much as they need: Wix (website, forms and hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Google (email) and Xero (accounting and invoicing).

Some of these providers store information outside New Zealand, including in the United States and Europe. We choose providers with strong privacy and security practices. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. For example, New Zealand tax law requires business records to be kept for seven years. After that we delete it securely.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including using secure, reputable providers. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to ask us to delete it, limit how we use it, or give you a copy to take elsewhere. You can withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz), or to the data protection authority in your country.
