Using this website

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not misuse it, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in ways we have not intended.

Copyright and ownership of our work

All content on this website and in our products and programmes belongs to toni.nz ltd, trading as Toni Amanda, unless stated otherwise. This includes text, guides, exercises, workbooks, videos, audio, images, course materials, frameworks and our names and logos (including The Magnetism Guide and the School of Magnetism).

This content is protected by copyright under New Zealand law and, through the Berne Convention and other international agreements, in almost every other country. These terms apply wherever you are in the world.

When you buy a product or join a programme, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own growth. Without our written permission, you must not: copy, reproduce, share, forward or post our materials, in whole or in part; sell, resell, license or distribute them; teach, adapt or present them to others, or use them in your own coaching, courses or business; remove any copyright notice; or use our content to train or build artificial intelligence tools.

You are welcome to share a short quote on social media with clear credit to Toni Amanda and a link to toniamanda.com.

If we find our work being used without permission, we may take action, including requesting its removal from websites and platforms and seeking legal remedies. To ask about using our content, email hello@toniamanda.com.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where it applies. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

Digital products (including The Magnetism Guide): pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the release date. For The Magnetism Guide, that date is 17 October 2026. Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a product has been delivered to you.

1:1 mentoring: you have a 14-day cooling-off period after booking. If you change your mind within 14 days and before your first session, we will refund you in full. After your first session, or once 14 days have passed, mentoring fees are non-refundable, as your time with Toni has been reserved for you. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice cannot be made up.

Group programmes (including the School of Magnetism) and retreats: refund, deposit and cancellation terms are set out in the agreement for each programme or retreat, which you will receive when you book.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or other consumer protection laws that apply to you. If a product or service is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy.
